PBMC extracts were prepared from ALS patients (ALS) or healthy individuals (H) as described in methods and applied to drug resin versus control resin, washed and bound proteins analyzed by SDS-PAGE transferred to 0.2u PVDF membrane and WB for the indicated proteins (below) with quantitation of bands using Image J software (above). Shown is DRAC bound material from a healthy control (#52) and a sporadic ALS patient (#78) analyzed by WB for p62/SQSTM1, RanGTPase, and PDI. The highest value in each healthy/ALS graph pair is normalized to 100% for proportional comparison to the lower value
